Check In

New clients should check in at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to give yourself the necessary time to complete a confidential client in-take form and any necessary discussions.  

We do not fill other salons lashes unless its up, to standard. May subject to removal fee.

To avoid disappointment, please be on time.  If you are late, it will result in a shortened appointment or a rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.


Pet & Children Under 10 yrs old:

To respect other clients quite time and to ensure our technicians focus:


Due to safety and insurance concerns, we are unable to have children in the spa.  In consideration of other spa patrons, please make childcare arrangements before coming to the spa.  

Only the client receiving the services can go into the service area.


A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.  Nothing will be charged on your card except in the event that you cancel under 24 hours or do not show up at all.  Then a cancellation fee will be immediately charged to your card.



We understand the need to occasionally cancel or reschedule our appointment, but do require advance notice.  Our therapist/technician reserve their time for you and depend on the income resulting from your appointment.  24-hours notice is require for all cancellation or to reschedule your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.  Please note that we're closed Monday and Tuesday to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48-hour notice is required give us a notice during regular business hours or sending us an email at before 48-hours.


What to Bring

If you having a pedicure, we suggest that you bring open-toed shoes so your polish doesn't smudge before it has an opportunity to harden.  Polish can be dry, but takes 24 hours to cure. Juliet K's Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Valuables are best left at home.


Juliet K's Policies:


Gift certificate are non-refundable. Gift certificate do not expire.

At Juliet K's Beauty Lounge, we do NOT give refunds on Services Rendered. 

Please notify Juliet K's Beauty Lounge within 3 days of service date with any problem and/or concerns regarding your service. We will gladly correct the problem, as refunds will not be given. In the case of manicure and pedicure services: we do not guarantee that the polish will last a specified time period.

Product Exchange & Return Policy: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened and/or used. Unopened, unused products in the original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipts. Please note in-store credits will be issued in place of refunds for unopened, unused products with original receipts.

Prices are subject to change without notice. GST will be added to all services and packages.
